If you're dialling from another phone, use your PIN at the prompt. 6. At the prompt, dial your international destination number (including the prefix '00'). Don't press SEND - we'll connect you directly.

Connection charge is equal to the outbound rate. 0800 access surcharge is two pence per minute in addition to the outbound rate. 0800 access from payphone is twenty pence per minute in addition to the outbound rate.
